Due to its small size a high powered narrow field telescope was used to capture this stunning comet - the Meade 304 ACF Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope (SCT) F/10 reduced down to F/6.2 on a Losmandy G11 equatorial mount.
The image is comprised of 12 frames at 20 seconds per frame. All frames were then stacked/aligned together to form the entire image. No filters used. OSC cooled QHY 168C camera, dialled down to minus 10 degrees C to reduce thermal noise, Post processed with Affinity Photo.
